Learner Application Process for
Online Prgrammes
Applicants must read all the policies and other details on the University website to ensure that they understand and are prepared to abide by these in working with the University.
How to apply:
1. Complete the application form here: Learner Application Form before deadline (August 1 or February 7)
2. We will review the application, and then, if appropriate, schedule a time for you to complete the entrance test, which we will send by email.
3. Within one week the University will inform you by email as to the outcome of your application.
4. If you are accepted, you will be asked to complete a registration form, which is available under the "Join Us" tab on the University web site. This must be sent to us by email, and a signed paper copy must be sent to our physical address along with the application and tuition fee.
Note: The acceptance of an applicant is wholly dependent upon the discretion of the University's President. The University reserves the right to reject applications if for any reason the President of the University deems the applicant unsuitable.

Learner Registration Process
Following acceptance of your application, the University will send you, through e-mail, a registration form. This form should be completed and returned via email to office@theuniversityoftomorrow.org. Also, a signed paper copy should be mailed along with your tuition and fees to:

Vaithikuppam, Pondicherry 605 012, INDIA.
Following receipt of your registration form and fees, you will be sent a username and password that will enable you to enter into the appropriate password protected areas of the University of Tomorrow web site.
Rules governing the learner once they register
Before the learner registers with the University, they must read these Regulations, and the Policies of the University. Once a learner has registered with the University, the University reserves the right to exclude any learner who breaches any of the policies or regulations of the University,
Refunds
Learners who choose to withdraw from a course or programme within the first two weeks will receive a refund of two-thirds of their tuition payment. Other refunds of application and tuition fees are not given by the University unless the University takes responsibility for the early cessation of a learner's programme through the sudden absence of the learner's facilitator, or through a breakdown of learning facilities. In such cases the refundable amount will be equal to the period of the programme not completed.
Facilitator Application
We invite applications from prospective course facilitators (instructors) with academic qualification and good understanding of Sri Aurobindo’s and the Mother’s writings. Applicants should have doctoral degrees or demonstrated academic skills and achievements.
