• Single Rooms non A/C (4), Single Rooms A/C (2), Double Rooms non A/C (4), Double Rooms A/C (3), Suites A/C (2, one overlooking the ocean), Dormitories with 4 beds each (2), and a common TV room. A/C rooms may be used without the A/C according to the wish of the guest.
• The bedrooms furnished with single or double cots with coir mattresses, soft pillows, bed sheets and bed spreads, and of course a very useful item mosquito net. Also included area cupboard, stone slab-top as a writing surface and 2 chairs.

• Each room has an attached bath and toilet with a western style water closet, wash basin, overhead shower, buckets and mugs with 24 hours running water.
• Every room is provided with a broom, a dustpan, a garbage bin and a toilet brush; the residents are responsible for the day to day cleaning of their rooms and once a week the ISH staff cleans the rooms and changes the beddings.
• A central tap on each floor for hot water round the clock.
• Electronically purified drinking water on every floor round the clock.

• The kitchen has gas stoves, refrigerators, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. The sink has round the clock running water supply and the residents are expected to wash and wipe the utensils, plates, etc. used by them.

• Attached to the kitchen is a dining hall which can accommodate about 30 people.
• Residents are welcome to wash their clothes in their bathroom. The spacious terrace offers clothing lines and ample space for drying.
• Guests at ISH can also avail the Ashram Dining Room facility by procuring the necessary pass from ISH. We can also help the guests procure the Ashram Gate Pass.
• ISH staff can also provide assistance in arranging tiffin service which can deliver meals for guests. Such services require prior notification.
• The beautiful big terrace overlooking the ocean and the SACAR courtyard provides a wonderful ambience for early morning exercises, asana and meditation.
