ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION A candidate must comply with ALL of the following pre-requisites. 1. A Bachelor's degree or higher education certificate, in any subject. 2. Adequate competency in English language. After an initial review of application, an English competency entrance examination may be required for some applicants. 3. Satisfactory passing of an entrance examination conducted by SACAR. 4. Completed application form, submission of necessary documents and references. |
